The next two shown are: Catnip & Milk Thistle

497 ppm - Brazil Nut
171 ppm - Milk Thistle
123 ppm - Catnip

Brazil Nut is, of course, the winner. But everything helps.

I would imagine Kelp is probably very high in Selenium, but I don't have any figures.
