I'm pretty laid back... I do emotionally eat but it's not a problem...it's more like... I'll deny myself for awhile and be happy and then something will remind me that life is too short and that i should enjoy good food.
past couple of days I've been enjoying TOO much good food and I've got a little pot belly thing going on.
Was curious if there was an outline for how astrologicaly signs deal with food, and/or what the best way to approach losing weight is.
I'd love to be more regular with working out but I'm horrible with that-- :(
