First Week OPing...

Thanks again for teaching us all.

Remember me? Chunk of plaque fell out of mouth day after FIRST OP experience last week? :) Well I have been doing it each morning while I am in the shower....10-12ish minutes, coconut oil.

This morning when I got out and brushed my teeth...the gums were bleeding! I think they did a little yesterday too. Is this normal? My gums ALWAYS bleed when I am at the dentist so I was hoping it's just 'cleaning something out'...

Still grossed out that 'it' smells like puke as I end the pull.
