Re: Stopped OP for a few days & observed...

I usually only OP M-F and take the weekends off. This past weekend I was out of town and forgot to take my oil, so I missed Thursday also. By Monday morning, I woke up wheezing again - for whatever reason - was it the lack of OP, the weather (allergies) or whatever? I don't know, but that was one of the first things I noticed with OP was that after a few days of it, I wake up being able to breathe better. And if I am wheezing when I wake up, OP makes it stop.
