I have used ACV with either honey or sorghum for years. I have also used kelp, both powder and tablets. I have also used lemon water both plain and slightly sweetened with good results. I will never ingest calcium hydroxide again.
Even though black strap molasses is full of calcium and iron, I choose not to use it because it is very heavily processed. I prefer reduced syrups, evaporated cane juice or honey for healthy sweeteners.
