My MedEx bottle of Lugol's (USP) has

Iodine 4.5-5.5g/100 ml
Potassium Iodide 9,5-10.5g/100 ml

This IS the perfect Lugol's "recipe".

So far, every "weigert" I have found, has the exact same 'recipe'.
