OP and oily face

I was looking at the poll that was posted for OP'ing and I noticed that for people who do this, it helps their dry skin. I am on the other end of the spectrum and have very oily skin. The last thing I want is to make it even oilier. I realize that all people have different experiences with certain procedures, but I was hoping someone would have insight on this.
