I know Dr. Clark book suggest you make their kidney cleanse tea, as well as complete tooth metal clean up. This along with toning up the bowels makes for a much easier cleanse. Puffiness around the eyes can be holding water (kidneys) or an allergy, etc. You should contact the Clark people you purchased the products and ask them. We don't reccomend those products and about 90% of what Clark suggest people should do. If I took all the vitamins she wants people to take, I wouldn't have good kidneys!!!!!!!!!!!
