Facial changes from parasite cleanse!

I've done several parasite cleanses over the past 4 months using Dr Clarks products. I feel so much better, the problem is I've noticed that my face looks very different, puffyness and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth that I didn't have before doing the cleanse. I look like I've aged 5 years in the past 4 months. Is this a sign that I need to finish the cleansing before this problem corrects itself? or would it only get worse if I continue with the cleansing?
