If it's something you don't have, I might try and make it for a friend of mine who has high cholesterol because (as the doctor says anyways) her body produces too much (hereditary from her Dad). So even when she sticks to a diet low in cholesterol, her cholesterol levels are higher than what's considered normal range.

What is the ratio of lecithin to olive oil if I decide to make it for her?
