A few things I forgot to touch on...

You mentioned oil pulling with flax oil. I started out with Olive-Oil because
that's what "I" had at the time...but now I use Sesame and I can't believe the
difference one time made in the whiteness of my teeth. I'm not a smoker...never
ever have been...but I'm 60 and my teeth are just naturally yellowing from age...
but I'm actually whitening them with oil pulling.

You mentioned fasting to cleanse....I wouldn't do that. A man needs his food.
Just make that food healthy food. And add some salads and juicing. juicing alone
can work wonders for your overall health.

If you can afford it...get on ebay and watch for books by N.W. Walker...or even
get them at your health food store...they're only about $6 or $8 brand new...and
worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend the following books by him:

Fresh Vegetable & Fruit Juices (and this isn't a cook book...it tells all about the
body...what's good for us and what's bad.

Guide To Diet & Salad (this also is packed with priceless information on our bodies
and how they work and what is good and bad.

Vibrant Health...(the name speaks for itself) :-)

In all his books...he mentions different organs in the body and tells how to
make and keep each organ at it's healthy peak.

They'll cost you about the same thing...maybe just a little less on ebay...by the
time you pay postage. But they're priceless...trust me.
