I received my Lugols on Monday. I took two drops right away. Tuesday morning I took 3 drops, again on Tuesday night. I took three drops again this morning and will probably go up tonight. I've only had 2 slight headaches in the front of my forehead and the saltwater protocol has taken care of those (how DOES that work?). I've also begun to have small Acne issues on my nose, scalp and back of the neck. I am so ready for the healing to begin! I'm of the same opinion as you, let the bad stuff begin and get it over with, let the good stuff begin sooner (all the while realizing that the bad stuff IS the beginning of the good stuff). Could have a lot to do with my impatient nature.......

BTW - As a side note to the saltwater protocol, I had a slight headache in my front forehead a few days before receiving my Lugols. I tried the saltwater protocol in lieu of taking aspirin or something similar and it worked like a charm and very fast! So, I think in the future that will be the first thing I try when I feel a headache coming on, whether I am on Iodine or not.
