raw goats milk vs. raw sheeps milk

Does any one have a clue which is supposed to be more nutritous? From my understanding the fat molecules in goats milk are smaller than those in cow's and the molecules in sheeps are even smaller than goats. Meaning sheeps is easiest to digest?? Sheeps has the highest fat content w/ goats the having the next highest and cows having the least amount of fat. I would think the benefit of cows is that they eat strictly grass where as goats and sheep eat more of a varied diet. Also have read that goats does not create moucus and is more alkaline in nature. I usually drink sheeps and seem to do okay but am curious about goats. Any one have thoughts or info?
