I have a similar question.. I've only been drinking raw goat's milk because that was where I could easily get it although it's frozen and I have to defrost it. A new place just opened up where I could get raw cow's milk but now I'm reading that goat's milk is healthier. Even in a book I read it states that raw goat's milk isn't mucus forming like cow's milk.(But doesn't specify if raw cow milk is mucus forming..)
So yeah, which is better, goat or cow's? If the "small fat goblules" are those little fuzzy things floating around in it...Gross. Is that where the nutrients are supposed to be because I've been straining it..?
