The symptoms you describe are typical detox, and should disappear as you fast through. If you are feeling weak or dizzy you might avoid driving! Wait until you are strong again! I have done cross country drives while fasting... not a problem if you're feeling great, as you should be again soon.
You might try an extra tablespoon of maple for extra energy, or a tablespoon of BLACKSTRAP molasses (recommended for diabetics on the MC). I like to dissolve a tablespoon of molasses in a cup of hot water and drink prior to working out, which I do every fasting day barring detox crises.
Be sure to keep your colon very clean every fasting day, and drink LOTS of extra water in addition to the lemonade. It is very easy to become dehydrated while fasting.
