I was just diagnosed with PCOS... please help!! Advise anyone????

I was just diagnosed with PCOS last month and Im 20 years old. My periods were regular like a clock until last march!!! I went to the gyno and he said I had cyst in my ovaries. He also did hormone test and said that my Androstenedione was hig and my LH was reallly hih (1:3 Ratio). Though, he said my testosterone/strogen were normal!!! Im starting to get mild hirsutims from my sideburns and body. He put me on the pill Dianette!!! Im very depressed becuase of how my future will be now that I have PCOS!! I feell uncofident that no guy will like me or that I will never have kids in the future!!!
I dont know what to do to prevent more hormonal imbalance and more facial hair.!!! is there anything you guys recomend??? please I need some advise!!! Tweet
