Yes, I agree with the fact that fruits are simple sugars which feed cancers! You can get some great benefits from fruit juice (bio-flavs) but often times, people juice way too much fruit and not enough veggies. I have found that when I juice veggies, if you use the pulp you can add it to organic eggs for an omlette with great fiber :) No need to waste! Also, the best veggie to juice is actaully the beet greens or tops. While beets themselves have a high Sugar content for veggies, the greens are extremely high in B Vitamins and other minerals. Just my 2 1/2 cents on the subject :)
