To your list of fruits I would also add dark grapesn (seeds, skins and all) and my favorite, pomegranate juice.
I eat blueberries so often that I am surprised I have not turned blue at times. Or maybe green when you add in the carrots and supergreen foods. That and all the raw garlic could make dating a dicey proposition . . . : )
