I'll tell you what I swear by. It will sound bad I'm sure, but I won't use anything else on my skin.
CRISCO. Yes vegtable shortning. It's food grade, and there are no chemicals.
It absorbs easily. I use it after my evening shower, before bed. When I wake up I have nice smooth skin. Never had any break outs from it either.
