Need a good moisturizer

Hi all, my skin is a wreck. I've been using evco for a moisturizer and it seemed to work for a short time not my skin just feels dry and itchy after applying it. I tried Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and worked a little better but not that much. I've tried Aubrey Organics, wasn't impressed with the face wash. There's one good moisturizer with a spf in it but I want something good for night time.

Any suggestions??
