The only thing towards consolation that I can give you concerns the noises that you are hearing.

With the moon phase tonight, many parasites become active and start moving around and this could be the noises you are hearing. I too am hearing (and feeling) a great increase within my body tonight.

Other than this I cannot offer any suggestions.

I feel compelled to ask though... would you like me to offer prayer on your behalf?
