Re: extreme gum sensitivity

i know...i can't wait til my dentist appt in sept this year!!! i just went to the dentist for the first time in five years not too long ago. they mentioned the receding gum thing AGAIN and that i should see a specialist AGAIN. i went to see a specialist ten years ago who suggested grafts but i kindly IGNORED his suggestions and went on my merry way. soon after visit a couple months ago i discovered oil swishing and thought to myself, i am gonna prove those suckers wrong...just wait and see...incurable condition...i think not....they got another thing comin' in september and i can't wait to tell them how i did it! they will probably ban me from the office. lol

lucky for me my huge package of elm just arrived at work today!! so i am gonna make some gruel tonight and eat it and slather it on my gums too! thanks for the tip!

oh and my NEW juicer is FINALLY here!!! i swear i keep getting new little treats in the mail every other day. it's great! Tweet
