Re: Keeping weight off- Is it Really Possible?

The answer is YES YES YES! I am living proof. I started my fist fast back in June of last year at around 310 pounds.. and have done a couple fasts since then. (Each fast no longer than 12 days at a time - 1 juice fast - and the other's water).. Anyhow, that coupled with a good eating plan for inbetween fasts.. I've lost 100 pounds and still working toward my goal of losing a full 160. YOU CAN keep the weight off, and guess what? --->> It's NOT all water weight either like many like to say it is. It all depends on what you do with yourself after the fast.. if you go back to the way you've always eaten, you'll get the same results you've always gotten - does that make sense? Anyways, yes, you can keep the weight OFF!

Hope this helps out some!
