I've been reading many of the links and articles provided,that professionals have written about water fasting. Many of these articles describe examples of people who have lost a lot of weight but have regained the weight in the re-building process. My question is, is it really possible to keep all that weight lost during Water Fasting off if you break the fast in the correct manner, and don't binge?
Maybe some expert, experienced wster fasters can give me some info.
