I've seen posts on using soap rather than toothpaste, and on how OPing stimulates saliva which helps our tooth enamel grow back.

can someone explain this, or offer a somewhat objective website that I can show to the family?

I've been brushing with soap and notice a difference, but I want to hear more about this so I can explain it better.
