when i start with distilled water, the amperage is at below 1ma. .25ma would be some really pure distilled water. but 2ma above whatever i start at is what i shoot for and should produce about 10-15ppm if it maintains that base plus two milliamps while completely stirred. i dont know what the automatic makers limit current at, but i do know that they make better product if stirred. stirring is critical to my system because it is how i control the current as well. i have a thirty volt converter and it will produce up to one amp! i had real good results with four nine volt batteries with this method as well.
you want to keep moving the water between the electrodes in the water to prevent agglomeration and to maintain the lowest possible current.
but tell me - you can make monatomic or diatomic silver???!!!! i think that would be very cool indeed and i want to learn more, please!
