My best advice would be to do your best to get through the first 3-4 days .. for some reason those are always the hardest.. but once you get past that.. it's usually easy sailing as far as cravings go. A lot of people are usually amazed at that. Most cravings you'll have are more of a mind game than actual hunger in itself. Learn to tell the difference. Hope this helps out at least a little, it sure helped me when I was fasting.
