It is what I did. Just pure Colloidal Silver - and for inhalation I only use the Sovereign silver, as I feel it's much more pure than anything else I'm aware of. I do think it's a bit alkaline, and I wonder if it has been somewhat irritating. However, I've been really successful with it. It knocked out the infection with no need for Antibiotics .
