Mineral Balance, D and C
"what minerals are we imbalancing by supplementing iodine?
I do not think
Iodine would cause an imbalance on its own AND from what I am reading, it seems that
Iodine may play an active role in balancing the others along with its partner selenium... don't know, but I am going to find out :-)
Balance is key…
I would (and do) eat as raw, organic, local and fresh and include seaweeds (especially brown kelp) as possible along with the
Water Cure (Sole) and possibly clay (I had great luck with it). This should cover the bases quite well. Kelp contains selenium and tin... Vitamin D we get\can make from the sun IF we have the other necessary minerals, iodine, and omega 3 fats going on.
I am beginning to wonder IF our ability to manufacture C in our livers has gone by the wayside solely due to the generations of humans denying\dominating\destroying the natural world. So C, would be necessary until that switch could be turned on... fruit, citrus, berries etc.
