I copied the info on the Iodine dosage from the bottle on the multivit. it says 150mg. I thought it was odd too.

I am desperately trying to switch my diet over from SAD to raw. I've been at least 70% raw for 2 1/2 weeks now. This is all so foreign to me I'm just trying to make sure I do everything in the correct proportions.
