ChrisB1, with all due respect, John Hammell is so VERY WRONG on this one. I have personally read the full version of the FDA Guidance (found here in PDF format

)and Natural Health Solutions / Health Freedom USA is spot on in their assessment. Please read the 17-page Guidance yourself.

This is serious and should be a call to action for every American citizen regardless of whether or not one believes in or utilizes CAM, vitamins, minerals or supplements...or even foods used in health treatment or prevention (yes, FDA states that juice used in juice therapy is considered a drug. I am not fabricating or exaggerating. This statement is directly from the Guidance.)

The issue is about our personal freedom of choice.

The time has come not only to respond to the FDA's call for comments (deadline April 30) but to also write strongly phrased letters to your Congressmen/women demanding Congressional Oversight. Many Senators are already fed up with FDA, the laws they have broken and the lines they have crossed; you may find your Senators appreciative of the information and your concern.
