white pimples on lips of vagina

A few months ago I noticed a small white pimple and thought it was just a regular pimple. It turned to a line of pimples with whiteheads, but they won't pop. The pimples don't hurt or itch. They are just irritating to me and they have been there for 2 1/2 months. I stopeed drinking caffine and sugar, but nothing has stop them. I am just getting more of them. If anybody has an idea what they are or what I can do please let me know. Thanks!
