It sounds like you may have genital warts. You need to see a doctor and have them freezed off.

Try using Irish Spring soap down there and be VERY sure to rinse VERY thoroughly. I have had this happen to me and I did end up getting one "whitehead" to pop and let me tell you, I got a massive amount of thick fluid out of it and it smelled of old bacteria mixed with a soapy smell....so that made me realize that I was 1. not using the correct soap (non-bacterial) and 2. not rinsing good enough.

Try that and see if it helps, as it has cleared me right up :)
