Re: Dry hair and falling out?
Speaking from my own experience I have lost large amounts of hair on several (3)occassions. The first time it was change of life and stress related. I proceeded to increase my food intake ( I stopped eating because of the stress) and consumed large amounts of parsely. That worked fine.
The next time my hair fell I almost went bald! I found out that I had
parasites in my liver from consuming sushi. I took a homeopathic product called Vermex and my hair all came back again.
The third time my hair dropped (severe thinning) I started taking
B,F and C capsules. (Bone, flesh and cartilage). Liquid B vitamins, different types of salts (Himalayan, Celtic
Sea Salt and Hawaiin pink salt(has extra minerals). I also drink an almond, walnut, brazil nut shake with a pinch of Cacao nibs, lecithin and
Epsom Salts and maple syrup everyday. I continue to take anti-
parasite remedies on a daily basis and will do so for the rest of my life. I have seen that you can buy all kinds of very expensive supplements and it won't help if the
parasites are eating first. I also take maca, parsely, curcumin (raw organic and fresh).
I have taken many types of B vitamins but there is only one that gives me a boost of energy and they are the Liquid B vitamins by Twinlab. I am not sure why they work so well. The dry capsules are useless as far as I am concerned. For vitamin C I take camu camu. (sporadically)
I make a drink every day with resveretrol, Liquid B, detoxified iodine, curcumin and liquid oxygen. I also ingest Charcoal and clay and I believe in Uropathy too (internal and external) for the scalp hair and whole body. So there it is.
MY HAIR HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER!!!
