giardia and salmonella

Hi guys,
Been away fro a while dealing with health issues. My dogs have Giardia. I had been treating them with CS but the thing is, if my well is contamented then I am making CS with Giardia and the solution has been turning pink immediately which is strange because I usually have clear CS. We have been sick for 2 weeks in that time period is when my CS started turning pink. The doctor said distilling doesn't kill the Giardia so is my CS contamenated? the dogs are infestied with Giardia so I have to treat them with flagyl because the CS didn't work. I was doing enemas also to them but it didn't cure them. Now my son has salmonella. We ate at a fast food resturaunt and got sick before we even got home. How much CS can i give my dogs for the Giardia and it still be safe for them? How much CS can I take for myself to get rid of Salmonella?
