Re: My Gums are Turning Brown!

I brush my teeth with baking soda and hydrogen perioxide. Then after I rinse my mouth, I use hydrogen peroxide as my mouth wash. I notice I had a slight irritation (didn't know before I gargled with the peroxide) on my gum and the peroxide 'bubbled' as it would on any open surface on the body. It is now gone and my teeth are looking better than ever, with the combination I use.

OH and as for getting the water done, because it sounds as you do need some. Either put lemon in it (fresh squeezed) or some Sea Salt ...preferably Redmond's or Himalayan's. Redmond's is not as pricey and from suggestions on this forum, it is just as effective.

Hope it helps. Have an Inspiring week!

Beth
