I took a look in the mirror this morning, and was alarmed at what I saw. I flossed..but now they're bleeding...and that worries me. I don't want to end up getting dentures at the age of 24. I just got a tooth removed, so I cannot afford to go to the dentist a second time. My mouth is very dry.
I've searched this forum and I know what to do in order to make myself better. I'm just wondering: how many times should I pull a day? I do have coconut oil, but not sunflower oil. My gums are sore. And I have a mouthful of almagams (I will be locating a biological dentist that can take them out)
My grandmother and mother suffered from dental isses. Both have partial dentures. I'm going to start pulling as much as I can. I don't want to end up toothless before I'm 30 years old. I want to heal my gum disease naturally...not constantly go to the dentist.
