Re: How many "drops" in a milligram (or vice versa)?

each drop of the Lugols is approx 6.25 mg. each iodoral pill is 12.5 mg so two drops of Lugols is equivalent to one pill.

everyone on here is taking different dosages depending on how much detox they are getting. i am currently taking two drops in the morning and two more in the afternoon so i am at 25 mg total and i am working my way towards 50 mg.

i can't tell you how much to take cause only u will know that by listening to your own body. good luck!
