I will make adjustments and thank you for the in-depth answer. I really appreciate that. Can I ask...I will be doing my 19th flush in an effort to get rid of my allergies. I have had a large amount of stones on all but one of my flushes, yet I have not experienced any relief of my symptoms. Am I on the right path? I have had these allergies my entire life, and it is sometimes too easy to believe I will never get over them. Do you have any personal experiences with allergy relief in relation to liver flushes? If I ever do get my allergies taken care of, how does that happen? Do I wake up one day and they're gone, or if it is gradual, how gradual? Don't worry, I am going to keep flushing if it kills me, I guess I just need some reassurance that I'm not wasting my time. Thanks again for your help - I am going to get some ACV tomorrow and drink it as you suggested for the next 14 days leading up to my next flush (14 days better than 6?). Chris.
