Re: Lugol + moreless pH drink

i don't think it matters how or what you put it in as long as you get it in you somehow...

there are people on here putting it in their food, drinks, on their skin, in their bath's...etc...

i am sure it is fine to put in the drink you mentioned. the taste is not pleasant so this is what i do...

i juice my drink for breakfast (cukes and celery), and i only put the Lugols in the first gulp and i just down that. Then i fill up the rest of my glass with my plain juice and drink that afterwards to get the yukky taste out of my mouth.

if you like your drink that you are having, i wouldn't ruin the whole thing with the iodine...just put it in your first gulp and spare yourself the pain of having to drink the whole thing.

...although after reading the recipe to the "moreless" concoction you are drinking, i can't say that it looks too tasty either! :)
