Thanks, Pepe....a couple of other questions, if you don't mind: I know you've done a bunch a 40 days--how did those go for you vs. say a 30-35 day cleanse? Would you mind telling me how you broke each of them? This will be my 2nd MC, first one was a successful 20 days, and was hoping to do 40 this time around. BUT I will be travelling overseas two weeks after I finish the 40 days and wondered if breaking wise that would be okay?
