I live in Toronto. The Lugol's you can get at any Shoppers Drug Mart, ask the pharmacist. They will order it for you and get your personal information. I bought a 500ml bottle for about $45+ tax. I made sure to ask for USP grade when I ordered. I suppose any other pharmacy will do the same.

I do have a bottle of 35% Hydrogen Peroxidecan't remember where I bought it, but chances are pretty good it was Ambrosia in Thornhill (that's where I do most of my shopping). There's a phone # here on the bottle, 705-322-2222. Tweet
