Underweight and losing weight like crazy!!!!

Well, I read in The Master Cleanse book that a person that does not need to lose weight will not lose weight, but in fact, gain weight from the cleanse.

All I can say is, Stanley Burroughs in full of shit.

I started out underweight at 164 pounds (I'm a 5'11" 27 year old male)

After 4 days, I am down to a weight of 148 pounds and dropping steadily.

Yes, I have lost 16 pounds in 4 days. The weight loss seems to be accelerating.

It looks as though I am going to have to stop the cleanse before I can see any benefits. I cannot lose any more weight. That is not an option.

I started the cleanse to help with severe skin problems. These problems have stayed exactlyt he same. The only thing that I have lost is weight.

I am already extremely self-conscious about the way that I look and this weight loss is only going to add to my psychological burden.

Oh, why doesn't anything work for me? This is getting so frustrating!
