Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Pneumonia trend.

How did you make your CS? What "cooker" and for what duration? What do you suspect the PPM/parts per million were? Can you give a link to the nebulizer? Is it better than just spritzing with a plastic nasal spray container?

I work in a huge place and have seen an increase in what I believe to be viral infections that cause nasty sinus infection that can drip into the lungs and cause bronchitis and even pneumonia. I have been dogged with this and only kept ahead of it with Lysine, the amino acid in corn, an antiviral. I suggest everybody keep a bottle of this cheap antiviral around, especially if they have kids in daycare as this enhances the frequency of such infections. If you don't block the viral link, you will get an opportunistic bacterial infection that Antibiotics won't touch as it is always refreshed with a new breeding ground from the viral mucus drip.

This "bronchial junkitis" as I have called it responds well to the Lysine but if it gets out of hand causes a remarkably thick mucus in the lungs that can be very debilitating. I suggest keeping MUCINEX, time release Guafenesin, a mucus thinner, around as this can really sneak up on you. You must drink plenty of water as Mucinex uses it up in hydrating tissue and thinning mucus. Liquid Guiafenesin (Robitussin I) only lasts 20 minutes and is blocked with salicylates, that is, aspirin and herbs. Don't take aspirin if viral infection is suspected or you could induce Reyes Syndrome.

Using Zicam, a zinc nasal spray, helps a lot and CS spray should also do the trick. I like to use saline spray to keep the nasal tissue clean and well hydrated and it makes the Zicam less irritating. This nasal route attacks the enemy on site. It seems to relapse so get plenty of rest, drink pure water, and don't eat chocolate that has a viral promoting amino acid, Arginine. God bless and thanks for your valuable input!
