yes, that's right. I dilute the 35% HP with 11 times filtered water. I used distilled water to begin with, but it is so difficult to get hold of in England and is very expensive, so I filter tap water. So if I use one ounce of 35% HP, I add eleven ounces of filtered water and that makes 3% HP, which I brush my teeth with. But when I drink it, I use 8 oz of filtered water and put just a few drops of the 35%. Tweet
