Back in January this year I started drinking a few drops of 35% h202 in 8oz of water, bathing with it and cleaning my teeth. My main concern at that time was my breathing. I'm a smoker - so hang me, LOL. Yes, I know I should give up, maybe one day I will, but not at the moment, I don't have the stability or will power to do it yet. Anyway, I started with the h202 therapy and guess what!!! I am breathing so much better now it's hard to believe. In fact, I had taken it so much for granted, this wonderful new lease of life that it only hit me how much I've improved while reading over my previous posts and came across the one I wrote back in January, asking for advice and saying how worried I was about my breathing.
I still cough. That's good, I know I'm clearing stuff out. And I'm still smoking. I didn't do the whole h202 protocol of building up to 25 drops per day. I've only taken two drops every once in a while and now I'm taking four drops, cleaning my teeth with 3% every day and it's working for me. So for anyone who is a bit nervous of trying this strange therapy, my advice is go slowly, gradually, just a few drops can work wonders.
