i was closely associated off and on with the community mental health where i lived previously. this spanned the course of a couple of decades. the one thing i noticed about the people in the program was that they had surprisingly few health problems, though their diet and personal hygeine was highly questionable at best. there were no trememndously obese people, either, though there were a couple in the running for that status.
