I would be very doubtful of claims of 100ppm. Generally 10-20 ppm should be sufficient (depending on what your taking it for you can vary the amount consumed).
As I understand it angstrom (0.1 nanometers) sized cs particles will be created at the start by any method of electro collodal silver production but you need a constant current method (not constant voltage which is what the 3x9v batteries use) to ensure that the particles don't agglommerate & that larger particles aren't produced when the current through the water increases due to higher concentration of cs (this won't happen in constant current method).I don't think whether the system is DC or AC makes any difference to the particle size, but someone may correct me. Generally I'd say that you're better off making your own cs than buying it from shops/the internet as, ppm aside, a lot of those companies add 'stabilisers' such as animal protein to their cs, & of course you can't really verify any of their claims of ppm of silver being at a certain level (there may be impurities in the silver or water they use) without proper lab tests.
