Your opinion on parts per million, please.

One product gushes about silver colloid having angstrom particle size at a solution of 10 ppm, another proudly offers 100 ppm. What am I shooting for? I haven't gotten a ppm device yet but want to know how to make the ideal solution for internal use without overdoing it. How do I get those wee angstrom sized particles? Is this ideal? Thanks for any input, as ever!
