Serafina: sensitive teeth

Hi Serafina, Im sure you already know this from reading the links, but in case you haven't read them thoroughly as yet. Don't miss out on the brushing your teeth with bar soap. I know it sounds gross, but that is the way to get them clean and allows the supplements Dr Judd suggested to work, because when the teeth and gums have been cleaned with bar soap as he suggested, this then will allow the enamel to thicken and the gums to start healing and growing back apparently. So for the supplements to work, bar soap is a major part of the entire process. Without it, it seems the rest will not really work.

I have tried the bar soap (non perfumed) and seriously, it's no problem. It's really soft and hardly noticeable. I was shocked at how well it worked. I don't know what is going to happen, but I'm going to keep it up. I hope for improvements in my teeth and gums from this. I hear that ivory soap is supposed to be the best one for this. Not sure if it's available in my country though, but probably any bar soap is "ok".
